Men's weekend
Work
What you are good at, and would gladly do if the pay fell away.
About the weekend
The provider, the title, what you are paid for and hate. Friday by the fire is about the man who is his business card — and about the times we ourselves sold something we found hard to believe in.
On Saturday you fill in two diagrams on paper: what you love, are good at, the world needs and will pay for — and the mirror: what you hate, are bad at, and would gladly leave alone. The hate side is the news; very few have written it down. On Sunday you choose one thing that changes next week.
Three hours of your trade for the place: the electrician runs a cable, the cook puts the kitchen in order, the carpenter fixes a door. If your trade is another, you take the task you want to learn.
On Saturday evening you introduce yourself in two minutes, with the title, the employer and the salary left at home: what you can do with your hands and your head, and what you would do for free.

How the weekend lies
Friday
You arrive between 2 and 4 pm and get a room. At 5 we sit in a circle, and at 9 we open the theme by the fire. Sauna for those who want it.
Saturday
Up at 7. A talk, then work until 2 pm. Two hours where you write, in silence. A walk to the sea, two by two. Dinner, and at 8 the evening's room.
Sunday
A silent walk, a short circle, and then we read out what you wrote on Saturday — anonymously, if you wish. A last talk, and at 4 the ferry leaves.
