Lai has had the place on Agersø since 2021, and more than 5,000 people have already been here. Now Steven has joined him as his partner, and Vend Hjem is what comes next: the same place, with more hands and more paths.
Lai Yde
Lai has lived on Agersø and given the place his hands and his years. He is an actor, trained at Statens Teaterskole, the Danish national drama school, graduating in 1999, and many know him from the Danish TV series «Krøniken». In 2004 he founded HumanDirection, where he has trained hundreds of leaders in the hardest conversations, with actors in the room. His foundation is the integral map, and it is his language you meet on the Foundation page.
Steven Wensley
Steven has sat in men’s groups for ten years. He started with Tomas Friis, helped create the festival Tribal Vibe, and now he holds the men’s weekends here. He is a poet and writes under the name T.K. Bars: five collections with the publisher Forfatterforlaget Attika, and the poems can be read at tkbars.dk. In his working life he leads large IT programmes and builds with artificial intelligence, and he is the one who built this site. He is Danish-British, a historian and a humanist.
