Men's weekend
Responsibility
Saying «this is mine» — and holding a room for other men.
About the weekend
Taking responsibility and still letting others carry theirs. Friday by the fire is about the king in you: order, blessing, making something grow that reaches beyond yourself — and the two shadows, the tyrant who takes, and the weakling who withdraws.
On Saturday you learn to hold a room: open, keep time, close, stop. And then we hand it over — two of you open and close the fire in the evening, while we sit in the circle like everyone else. Sunday is about your own small kingdom: what is yours at home, and what you have pushed away.
You plan and lead the work day yourselves. On Friday evening you choose a project and a man to lead it, and we work under him on Saturday.
On Saturday evening each man who wants to tells of a conflict he is in right now — in two minutes, in sentences that begin with I, and with his own part in it.
What is mine?
What have you pushed away for a year that is yours?

This weekend is best once you have been here before — start with The good argument, for instance.
